Using the plastic pipettes, mix the essential oils in a small glass bowl.

Remove the cover on the inhaler tube. Using tweezers, place the wick in the bowl of essential oils and move it around until the essential oils are absorbed.
3.
Use tweezers to place the moistened wick back in the inhaler tube.
4.
Put the cover back on to secure the wick. Label the inhaler.
5.
Twist off the cap and inhale the aroma for 2 to 5 minutes at a time.
6.
Enjoy a healthy snack!
